  • 2017 I don't think this was the greatest year for movies. There were a lot of movies I was very excited about that were really disappointing. Like Kong: Skull Island, Pirates of the Caribbean, Alien: Covenant, Murder on the Orient Express, even The Last Jedi didn't hit the mark that I was hoping for. But we did get some amazing movies as well which I'll talk about later. But overall, I think 2017 was an okay year for movies. So I'm going to list every movie I saw in 2017. This is so if you're wondering "Why isn't The Emoji Movie on this list?" You'll look at this list and see that I "didn't have the chance" to see The Emoji Movie. So here's the list and then I'll get into my list. Here's the list of every movie I saw from 2017: The Space Between Us, The LEGO Batman Movie, Logan, Kong: Skull Island, Beauty and the Beast, Power Rangers, Life, Ghost in the Shell, Gifted, Going in Style, The Boss Baby, The Fate of the Furious, The Circle, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Wonder Woman, Cars 3, Score: A Film Music Documentary, Transformers: The Last Knight, Spider Man: Homecoming, Despicable Me 3, War for the Planet of the Apes, Dunkirk, The Dark Tower, Baby Driver, Logan Lucky, The LEGO Ninjago Movie, Thor: Ragnarok, Murder on the Orient Express, Wonder, Coco, Justice League, The Man Who Invented Christmas, Darkest Hour, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, The Greatest Showman, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Molly’s Game, All the Money in the World, The Post, The Big Sick, Alien: Covenant, The Lost City of Z, Free Fire, John Wick: Chapter 2.

  • 4. The Circle I was very excited for The Circle. Tom Hanks is one of my top 3 favorite actors. And I really like Emma Watson. And the trailer for it looked awesome. I thought this looked like a fantastic thriller. I was incredibly excited to watch Tom Hanks play a villain like he's said he's always wanted to. I haven't been more bored in a movie in a LONG time. NOTHING HAPPENS! It's basically a giant ad for this fictional company. And all of the characters are complete morons. None of the characters question any of the bad things that happen. I hated and was completely disappointed in this movie. I will never watch it again. And it's a shame because it had a great cast.

  • 3. Power Rangers Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme. Have you ever had Krispy Kreme? By the way, Krispy Kreme is amazing. I love Krispy Kreme. This is the most product placement in any movie that you will find. The entire final battle is at a Krispy Kreme. So it over the top product placement. And it's a completely stupid blockbuster. I thought the acting was horrible. I thought the writing was horrible. Pretty much everything about the movie was just plain stupid. And I really don't want to talk about it anymore. Despite how bad this movie was, I’m looking forward to whatever Dacre Montgomery does next because he was great in Stranger Things 2. By the way, Krispy Kreme.

  • 2. The Space Between Us This is one of the worst romance movies I've ever seen. It felt like one of the worst Disney Channel original movies you could find. The writing in this movie is laughable. The acting is laughable. It's the worst romance story since the Star Wars prequels.

  • 1. Transformers: The Last Knight This franchise represents the worst things about cinema. I was physically nauseated coming out of the theater for this movie. I don't want to talk about it anymore. We all know why the Transformers movies are terrible. It's nothing but stupid writing and explosions. I HATE these movies. And I hate that Michael Bay uses the privilege of working in film and uses it to make this piece of garbage.

  • You can expect a review for All the Money in the World, Spielberg's The Post, Star Wars: The Last Jedi (finally), and my Best Movies of 2017 List, all coming soon. I'm a little late for these lists because I had a couple more movies I wanted to see from 2017 that I didn't have the chance to.
