  • This is a NON-Spoiler review for The LEGO Batman Movie. Why can't Ben Affleck's Batman Movie work like this?

  • Plot Summary: "Bruce Wayne must not only deal with the criminals of Gotham City, but also the responsibility of raising a boy he adopted."

  • I absolutely LOVE this movie. I loved The LEGO Movie a lot and if you read my review for Storks, you would hear me say that the type of humor that The LEGO Movie and Storks has is probably my favorite type of comedy. It's the type of comedy that makes fun of movies in general and sorta breaks the 4th wall. And I was very excited about this movie because it's combining that humor that I love with the superhero that is the easiest to make jokes about. If you like the YouTube channel How It Should Have Ended then you will definitely love this movie. The LEGO Batman Movie has a very good chance of being my favorite comedy of the year.

  • This movie is hilarious. It takes the humor of The LEGO Movie and multiples it. As far as story goes, I think I like The LEGO Movie more. As far as comedy goes, LEGO Batman is a LOT better. LEGO Batman doesn't have an important plot or anything, it's just supposed to be fun. Which I thought the comedy was balanced very very well. The thing that had me worried in the trailer was that in most spin-off movies with specific characters, they always add new characters that get in the way. That was balanced very well in this movie as well.

  • If you are a fan of literally ANY Batman story, there will probably be references and jokes you'll find funny. Just wait until you see LEGO Bane. The Batman in this story has a little bit of every previous Batman in him. And the grand finale fight is one of the most enjoyable things as a movie fan I've ever watched. I guarantee that you will at the very least like this movie. There were a handful of jokes that weren't funny. I am telling you the trailer gives a microscopic sample of the pure entertainment that awaits you. There is seriously never a dull moment in The LEGO Batman Movie. I was really sad when this movie ended which is a very very good thing.

  • I really think the filmmakers realized what we all loved about The LEGO Movie and brought it up a few notches. I hope that going forward they can keep can keep the comedy and the story balanced in these movies. If they can keep that up, I want LEGO everything in the future. If they announced that they were making a LEGO Star Wars movie like this, I would actually die. I beg you to go see this movie with your whole family and laugh and laugh and laugh. This movie was amazing and I CANNOT wait to see it again. My grade for The LEGO Batman Movie is an A
